Hello viewers and/or helpless victims of a misplaced click! Welcome to my blog, please stop and look around a bit. My name is Chelsea and I am a somewhat typical college student living life. I've created this account in order to share some of the random things I've done and tell stories (Anyone who knows me will tell you I talk-- perhaps too much-- to anyone and everyone and always have a story to tell). I think I talk too much, but thankfully in this setting you are not being coerced into listening to my ramblings, you may stop reading whenever you choose (though I hope you find me just intriguing enough to continue reading).

P.S. I've got a secret..... I am new to this! (As if you couldn't tell by my cookie cutter blog template) I have never before written a blog, but so many people keep saying I should, and provided I have the patience and the dedication to do this frequently, I think it will be really fun.

So anyway, please keep in mind that I am new to this, and cut me some slack as I get the hang of it.
Oh and one more thing! If you don't like my blog for whatever reason, I am not forcing you to read it; no one is :) and I am who I am, so don't expect me to change if I get a little flak.

Welcome to Every Day's an Adventure

I've been craving Mexican food for days! So I'm going to tell you some of my favorite places to get Mexican food in no particular order:

--Taco Fresco--
a little dive style taco shop by the physics lecture hall on campus
--El Ranchito Taco Shop--
a small chain of authentic Mexican food owned by my friend Natalie's parents
--Natalie's house--
her mom makes the best tamales I've ever had
--Victor's house--
I've never not absolutely LOVED his mother's cooking. Carne asada con arroz, frijoles, y nopales
(TO DIE FOR)
--Santana's--
greasy, and not very fresh tasting.... BUT I LOVE their carne asada fries, especially the cold leftovers the next day
--Freddy's Tacos--
a small family owned taco shop down the street from my house. Their flautas are super bomb. They're unusual though. The flautas are about 2 inches in diameter, the tortilla is rather soft, and the sour cream is more like a thin sauce than a thick cream, but trust me, despite the differences from flautas I'm used to, they are amazing.
--MSR Mexican Food--
a tiny little hole in the wall taco shop close to my church, hiding super delicious Mexican food!

Okay those are all that come to mind at the moment. They are all delicious and worth your money. Ugh now I'm dying for Mexican food even more lmao. Well my dad is getting me Taco Bell for today, so I'll be getting some tacos at least. Yums XD

Oh and Chipotle is one of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE places to eat, however I don't really consider their food real Mexican food... idk... it's in it's own category of food I guess. I LOVE their food, although they changed their corn salsa recipe lately to include something spicy, which made me super sad, because the whole point of the corn salsa is that it is sweet and refreshing and compliments the tomato salsa and carnitas beautifully. I was very disappointed with the change to my beloved corn salsa and am hoping perhaps they will change it back.

Anyway I just thought I'd share about how much I love Mexican food haha and some of the best places to get it. Hope I didn't make you too hungry XD

Alright now it's time for
