Hello viewers and/or helpless victims of a misplaced click! Welcome to my blog, please stop and look around a bit. My name is Chelsea and I am a somewhat typical college student living life. I've created this account in order to share some of the random things I've done and tell stories (Anyone who knows me will tell you I talk-- perhaps too much-- to anyone and everyone and always have a story to tell). I think I talk too much, but thankfully in this setting you are not being coerced into listening to my ramblings, you may stop reading whenever you choose (though I hope you find me just intriguing enough to continue reading).

P.S. I've got a secret..... I am new to this! (As if you couldn't tell by my cookie cutter blog template) I have never before written a blog, but so many people keep saying I should, and provided I have the patience and the dedication to do this frequently, I think it will be really fun.

So anyway, please keep in mind that I am new to this, and cut me some slack as I get the hang of it.
Oh and one more thing! If you don't like my blog for whatever reason, I am not forcing you to read it; no one is :) and I am who I am, so don't expect me to change if I get a little flak.

Welcome to Every Day's an Adventure

My Wednesday... well kinda

(Okay so if you are reading my blog for the first time, please do not read this one first. Scroll down a little and look on the right where it lists some of the most popular posts, pick one of those please haha)

This one is just gonna be a short one.... I think... but then again I always end up talking WAY too much haha and usually I still don't even finish everything I want to talk about.

Anyway, just wanted to check in and well wanted to write a good one, but upon clicking the button to start a new post realized how exhausted I truly am. I got 4 hours of sleep last night and I remember thinking, "Oh! That's a lot, yay" ... something is VERY wrong here. I need to sleep more AND consistently! Well anyway at least I get to sleep in a little tomorrow.

So, the reason I only got 4 hours of sleep: I was up till 2:30 and had to wake up at 6:30 in order to get to my 8am discussion on time. Why was I awake until 2:30 you might ask, well I was studying believe it or not. Studying for my British Literature midterm that I took earlier today. I had a midterm or a test in EVERY class today.... needless to say today was stressful. Some highlights of the day that took the edge off the anxiety and tension before my last two midterms/tests include:

LEILANI
--- (love this girl) ---
CARLOS
--- always entertaining and he has an adorable smile with dimples and everything lol ---
NICK TERSIGNI
--- so sweet, somewhat transcendentally so... I cannot even comprehend how sweet he is to me. ---
ANDREW
(the new employee at the info desk)
--- he's really nice, I enjoyed talking to him today ---
Other random friends flitted in and out of my perception stopping to say hi and such.

Right before my British Literature midterm, I met some new people and made friends by sharing extra food I had with me lol. The guys name was something that I now forget.... like Shaheen or something similar :/
I AM TERRIBLE WITH NAMES :(

(Shayan was his name, eventually ran into him again and then he found me on facebook ~Feb, 2012)
Oh and my daily friends in that class CLARA, KATHRYN, and WILLIAM also contributed to buoying up my mood and reinforced the optimism I was trying to keep hold of. Clara wrote "You will not fail" on both Kathryn's hand and mine haha, and Will and I had an entertaining conversation about psychological cues that cause you to do worse on exams. Apparently seeing red before a test is bad, because it is a color associated with failure (the infamous red correcting pens), so I promptly pointed out to him that my knee socks had some red stripes among the other myriad of hues. (Oh and please note the background color on this post *unless you have a midterm tomorrow lol*) But if either he or I fail(s), blame will be first pointed toward Clara as she was writing the word "fail" on people's hands (granted the other words gave the phrase an overall positive quality). Saying "not to" do something really isn't the best plan, because the negative word is included in such a statement. Instead of saying "you will not fail" Will asserted that it should say "you will succeed."  So in the sense of psychology *the odds were against us* lol not really.

Hopefully we all did well on our exam(s) today and thank you to all those that prayed for me and all my tests today :)

ANYWAY, I really do want to write more, ---I still have to talk about the choreo routine for Katipunan, and AACF with my buddy Shawn who ALWAYS smells heavenly (I tell him so every day), ---BUT my eyes are literally falling closed at this point, so I am going to log off and get some much needed beauty sleep (I mean seriously have you seen how hideous I've looked lately? lol). Night peoples. Hope you're still enjoying my blogs although I think this one is fairly boring. I'm too tired to be funny or entertaining unfortunately.

Here is a "link to my life" as per the current trend-ish thing on my blog at the moment lol (although this one isn't really a link)

Some of my artwork. The last one is just a doodle, but the female warrior and the hand actually took me a substantial amount of time. Enjoy XD
